Nicola’s Story

Nicola Jackson, former Journalist and Teacher, now author and speaker is a passionate advocate of the art of writing fiction and non-fiction.

Nicola has a BA (Hons) in Applied Education and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education with a specialism in English. She has taught in primary schools and tutored children and young adults for the past eight years.

She delivers workshops to schools boosting writing creativity for children and young people and delivers author talks.

Nicola had her first book published in 2023: ‘Love Letters from London’ a non-fiction personal memoir based on letters found from her grandparents during the war.

Nicola has a wealth of communications experience and believes that: ‘Every story needs to be told.’ so that future generations can savour those memories and learn from them.
